The need to improve your organization’s performance has perhaps never been greater. The difficult economy over the last couple of years has created a renewed need for improvement and systemic change within all organizations: customers are more demanding, employees are overextended, and competition has never been as fierce. But – with the complexity of organizations – where do you start? How do you know on which processes to focus first? And how to do you sustain the improvement over time?

The Minnesota Council for Quality’s primary product is a comprehensive organizational assessment that:
  • Helps organizations better understand and prioritize key strengths and improvement opportunities, upon which plans can be created
  • Facilitates the improvement, alignment, and integration of overall organizational effectiveness and capabilities
